Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Our sessions are open to everyone — from complete beginners to those who simply want to reconnect with art in a mindful way.

Are materials included?
Yes. All tools, clay, and art materials are provided for use during your session.

Can I bring my child?
Yes. We have sessions for children (ages 9+) and special parent-and-child programs for younger ones.

Can I take my clay work home right away?
Air-dried pieces can be taken home immediately. We do not have a kiln, and we do not fire our clay pieces — our work is rooted in the process itself, not in permanence. The forming, reshaping, and letting go are part of the art.  If you’d like your piece kiln-fired, it will take 6–8 weeks.

Can I leave my clay work in the studio?

Yes. You may leave your clay piece to dry safely in the studio. Once it’s ready, we’ll gently pack it and ship it to your home address. This allows the clay to complete its natural drying process without rushing — part of the quiet rhythm we encourage in our work.

Do you allow rescheduling or refunds?
Since slots are limited, refunds are not available for missed sessions. Please plan ahead or inform us early if rescheduling is needed.

Do you ship orders?
Yes. We ship nationwide via J&T Express within 48 hours of purchase. You can also opt for local pickup at the studio.

Can I book outside regular hours?
Yes. Private or curated sessions can be arranged by appointment.

Do you offer workshops outside the studio?
Yes, we bring clay workshops to schools, organizations, and small companies interested in creative or team-building experiences.
